Who we are
N31 Consulting (N31 Consulting LLC) operates the website n31consulting.com from South Florida. This policy explains how we handle personal information we receive through this site.
Questions about this policy or your data: email info@n31consulting.com or call +1 (239) 205-1503.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect: name, company or business, email address, phone number (if provided), help topic, message, preferred contact method, and the language of the request.
If you attach files, we also receive those files (for example PDF, images, TXT, DOCX, or XLSX) along with file name, type, and size. Do not submit sensitive information in the form or attachments unless it is needed to evaluate your request.
Basic technical data may be generated when you visit the site (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps) through our hosting provider’s logs. We do not use that information to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use contact-form information to respond to your request, evaluate a potential project, maintain site security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Attachments are used only to understand the context of your request. We do not publish those files on the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email and communication providers
When outbound email is enabled in the production environment, we may use a transactional email provider (currently Resend) to notify the N31 Consulting team and, when appropriate, send a basic confirmation to the email address you provided.
Those messages include the request details needed to follow up. The provider processes email on our behalf and should not use it for other purposes.
Hosting and storage
This site is hosted on Wasmer. Form submissions and attachments are stored in private application storage, not on public website pages.
We retain requests and attachments for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, manage a potential project, and meet legal or security obligations. After that we may delete or de-identify them.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not rely on third-party advertising cookies to function.
If we later enable Google Analytics or similar measurement analytics (via a measurement ID configured in the environment), that tool may collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage data (for example page views and device/technical data) so we can understand how the site is used. If the scope changes materially, we will update this policy. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings where applicable.
While analytics are not enabled, we do not load Google Analytics measurement scripts on public pages.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through this site, subject to legitimate legal or retention obligations, by writing to info@n31consulting.com. Include enough detail to locate your request (for example the email used or a reference number).
You can also stop contact confirmations by not using the form, or by asking us not to email you about a specific request.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 16 through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the site change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you have had an opportunity to review the updated version.
